GCB Bank on Wednesday took the celebration of the Customer Service Week to a different level by “going traditional.”
Staff of the Bank throughout the country dressed in traditional African wear. Kente, smock, and various “kaba” styles featured prominently as the staff served members of the public.
The Bank, as part of the Week celebration, also sponsored an eye screening exercise at the Tema Market Branch where members of the community and customers benefitted from free consultation, treatment, provision of eye glasses and drugs.
The eye screening exercise was conducted by the Ghana Blind Union (GBU) with about 500 people as beneficiaries.
The Acting Regional Manager of the Tema, Mr Albert Twum, Tema Market branch Manager, Mr Isaac Bondori and Mr Emmanuel Kojo Kwarteng, Corporate and Brand Communication Manager of the Bank joined members of GBU and interacted with the beneficiaries.
Mr Twum expressed appreciation to the customers of the Bank for their loyalty and commitment to GCB.
