GCB Bank Ltd. (GCB) has received a dividend of over GHC5.0m from NCR Ghana, a company in which GCB has 34 percent shareholding through its subsidiary, Development Finance Holding Limited. Mr. Teddy Osae, Country Manager for NCR Ghana presented the cheque to Mr. Socrates Afram, the Chief Finance Officer. He said apart from the shareholding of the Bank, NCR enjoys immense business opportunities from the Bank.
He added that NCR was proud to do good its obligation to the Bank and expressed his appreciation at the level of business handled for the Bank. Mr. Afram, who was joined by Mr. Samuel Acquah, Chief Risk Officer and Ms. Jessie Jacintho, Head, Legal Services, thanked NCR for honouring its obligation to the Bank.
NCR is a global technology company which supplies the Bank’s ATMs and offers support services.
