Royal Banking has been designed to fulfill the needs, aspirations and expectations of the time-conscious customers who either cannot make a physical presence at a banking facility or have little time to spend there.

At Royal Banking services are delivered through dedicated relationship officers in a warm, cosy, inviting and friendly atmosphere. The Retail Manager in Charge Royal Banking said it all: "a one-stop shop for all banking needs"

The GCB Royal Banking Hub in Accra currently maintains and supervises four satellite branches: High Street, Harper Road, Tech Junction in Kumasi as well as Takoradi Main. There are plans to have one each in the Bank's 10 zones across Ghana in the near future.

GCB has a customer base that cuts across all strata of society and therefore the inception of the private banking concept does not signify a de- emphasis of traditional banking.
