GCB Bank Extends Solidarity To G

On 4th March 2026, GCB Bank PLC visited His Royal Majesty King (Dr.) Tackie Teiko Tsuru II - Ga Mantse - to wish him a full and speedy recovery following an injury he sustained while on official duties in the Oti Region.

Managing Director Farihan Alhassan led the Bank's delegation to the Ga Mantse's residence, presenting gifts on behalf of the institution as a symbol of goodwill to both the revered traditional leader and the Ga State during his recuperation.

The visit reflects GCB Bank's longstanding commitment to maintaining meaningful partnerships with Ghana's traditional authorities. For the Bank, community engagement extends beyond development programmes, it encompasses genuine empathy and timely support when it matters most.

During the visit, Managing Director Farihan Alhassan said:

"The health and well-being of our community leaders are integral to the stability and growth of the communities they serve. We are pleased to extend our support to the Ga Mantse during this time, and we remain committed to partnering with traditional authorities as we work together to advance social and community development across Ghana."

His Royal Majesty expressed appreciation for the gesture, noting that such acts of solidarity strengthen the bond between corporate institutions and traditional leadership, and reinforce the spirit of collaboration and mutual respect.

This visit is consistent with GCB Bank's broader mandate, one rooted in community impact, corporate social responsibility, and inclusive support for all Ghanaians. The Bank recognises that building a stronger Ghana requires honouring its people, its institutions, and its traditions.
