Notice is hereby given that in accordance with a communiqué from the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) dated 4th February, 2016 followed by our notification at our last Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 27th May, 2016 and in accordance with section 155 of the Company Act 1963 (Act 179) as amended by the Companies (Amendment) Act 2012 (Act 835) the Annual Reports of GCB Bank Limited will henceforth be made available to shareholders as follows:

- 28th December 2016

GCB Bank wishes to inform its valued customers and the general public that the Bank will not open on Saturday 31st December 2016.

GCB Bank Limited has disbursed over GH¢23 million to 900 different small and medium scale enterprises within 12 months.The disbursement follows the launch of the GCB SME Loan Scheme designed to provide short to medium term credit facilities to the tune of GH¢100,000.00 with or without collateral to reinvigorate businesses.

GCB Bank Limited has opened its 161st branch in Saboba in the Northern Region of Ghana. The Saboba branch is the fifth to be out-doored under the Bank’s new brand and the first such branch to be opened in the northern sector. Early this year, GCB opened branches in Haatso, Amasaman, Adjiringanor and Weija all in Accra.  Speaking at the opening ceremony, the Managing Director of GCB, Mr. Ernest Mawuli Agbesi, expressed his delight at the giant inroads the Bank has made into the area which he described as a huge, viable commercial and fast-growing community which deserves banking services.
